Really nice and comfortable slippers. Usually I wear 37,5 EU size, both 38-39 and fits perfect. Collour is as in the stores pictures. The slippers are very fluffy, the leg feels warm in it. The slippers came in a bubble-wrapp bag. Did not communicate with the seller. The parcel was tracked, so you can see where it is.
